Parked is designed to help you automatically remember where you parked your vehicle and keep track of time-limited parking.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Parked accesses, why it is required, and how that information is used.

Location Data

Parked requires access to your device location to provide its core automatic parking features.

When automatic parking detection is enabled, Parked may access your location in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, so that it can record the location of your vehicle when a configured Bluetooth or Android Auto connection ends.

Location information is used to:

• Record where your vehicle was parked.

• Display your saved parking location.

• Help you navigate back to your parked vehicle.

• Enable automatic parking detection when you leave a configured vehicle.

Parked does not use your location for advertising or marketing purposes.

Bluetooth and Vehicle Connections

Parked may access information about Bluetooth and other supported vehicle connections in order to identify when your phone connects to or disconnects from a vehicle you have configured within the app.

This information is used to trigger automatic parking detection.

Parked does not use Bluetooth information for advertising or user profiling.

Android Auto

Parked can use Android Auto connection activity as part of its automatic parking detection functionality.

When Parked detects that your configured Android Auto connection has ended, it may use your device's location to save where your vehicle was parked.

Multiple Vehicles

Parked allows you to configure more than one vehicle.

Information you enter about your vehicles and their associated connections is used only to identify your vehicles and provide Parked's parking features.

Parking Locations

Parked stores information about your saved parking location so that the app can show you where your vehicle was left.

Parking information may include:

• The location where your vehicle was parked.

• The date and time the parking location was recorded.

• The vehicle associated with the parking event.

• Information required to display or manage the saved parking session.

Parking Meter Information

If you choose to use Parked's parking meter features, the app may store information such as:

• Parking duration.

• Parking expiry time.

• Reminder settings.

This information is used to provide countdowns and parking expiry reminders.

Notifications

Parked may request permission to send notifications.

Notifications may be used to tell you when:

• A parking location has been recorded.

• A parking meter or timed parking session is approaching its expiry time.

• Other information directly related to Parked's parking features requires your attention.

You can control notification permissions through your Android device settings.

Data Storage

Parked is designed to store its vehicle configuration, parking locations, parking meter information and app settings locally on your device.

Parked does not require you to create an account.

Parked does not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Mapping Services

If you choose to open your parked location or request directions using a third-party mapping service, information you provide to or share with that service is governed by that service's own privacy policy.

Data Sharing

Parked does not sell your location information or vehicle information.

Information accessed by Parked is used only to provide the functionality described in this Privacy Policy, except where disclosure may be required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

Parking information and vehicle configuration stored by Parked remain on your device until they are removed through the app, its settings, or by deleting the app and its associated data.

You can revoke Parked's permissions at any time through Android Settings. Revoking permissions such as location, Bluetooth or notifications may prevent some Parked features from working correctly.

Children

Parked is not specifically designed or directed towards children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Parked's features or data practices change.

The latest version will always be available from the privacy policy link provided within Parked and on its Google Play Store listing.
